SES provides construction quality control, monitoring, inspections, and material testing for buildings. This includes required third party or Special Inspections per IBC.

Our Field Services staff has worked extensively with design professionals and contractors. This experience enables us to communicate effectively with the design and construction team.

We provide failure investigation and analysis, existing building evaluation, recommendation on repairs, and preparation of restoration plans and specifications. Construction operations may affect the integrity of the nearby structures, SES provides pre-construction condition surveys, monitoring the vibrations during construction activities and performing a post-construction condition survey.
